The starting point
Every order came in by phone, right when the team was busiest. Customers couldn’t tell whether they were in the delivery area or what delivery would cost.
What I built
- The full menu online, with a basket.
- Pick-up or delivery ordering, with a time slot and an order summary.
- Delivery zone and price worked out automatically from the customer’s address.
- A kitchen screen showing orders as they come in, plus customer reviews and directions.
The result
A high-fidelity, fully clickable mockup shown to the restaurant to walk through the whole order journey, from the customer to the kitchen.
