What is collected and why

When you use the contact form: your name, your business or organisation (optional), your email, your phone number (optional) and your message. They are used to answer your request and prepare a quote. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR article 6.1.b).

To protect the form from abuse, the sender’s IP address is kept for at most two hours to limit how many messages can be sent. It is not stored with the message. The host’s technical logs (IP address, page requested, date) are kept for at most 7 days for security (legitimate interest, article 6.1.f).

Who receives it

Messages are read by Ethaniel Gonthier only. They pass through the email service Resend (Resend, Inc., United States), acting as a processor under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (United States), which serves it from its worldwide network; this transfer is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the standard contractual clauses.

How long it is kept

Conversations are kept for three years after the last contact, then deleted. If we start working together, business documents are kept for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its use or object to it by writing toethanielgonthier47@gmail.com. You will get an answer within a month. If you think your rights are not respected, you can complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
